Heman joined Hannouche Associates in 2010, where he has been an attorney since 1996.
Mr. Abdallah’s practice focuses on the Oil & Gas sector. He has helped several US, European and regional oil, gas, and oil services companies, establish a presence in Iraq and has counseled them through bidding processes and later operations' complications and daily hurdles.
Heman has written several legal opinions on the federal Oil and Gas law draft, as well as, the new Kurdish Oil and Gas regulation.
Heman graduated from the Salahaddin School of Law in 1995. He is fluent in Kurdish, Arabic and English. Mr. Abdullah has been a member of the Kurdistan Bar Association since 1996.
