Kathryn joined Hannouche Associates in 2004, bringing along more than 20 years of experience to the firm's team.
Ms. Barakat established her own practice in 1983, where her work focused on advising corporate and individual clients mainly in the hotels and jewelry industries. Aside from her main areas of concentration, Kathryn is a prominent representative of major Gulf Cooperation Council nationals and corporations in Beirut, where she acts as their general legal advisor.
Ms. Barakat is fluent in Arabic, French and English. She graduated from the Sagesse University Law School in 1978 and joined the Beirut Bar Association in 1979.
