Nadine joined Hannouche Associates in 2006. Before joining the firm, Nadine was a senior legal counsel at one of the leading regional commercial banks, where she was responsible for the legal compliance of the equity investment division at the bank on different worldwide stock exchanges.
At Hannouche Associates, Nadine’s experience in the banking industry has helped her advise a wide mix of foreign companies and individuals on investments in different regional stock markets.
She has also counseled different clients through the acquisition process of international franchises for exclusive representations in Lebanon.
Nadine is fluent in Arabic, French and English. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Lebanese University Law School in 2001 and a Master of Laws in General Private Law from the Sagesse University Law school in 2003. She is a member of the Beirut Bar Association.
Along with her focus on the legal field, Nadine obtained in 2009 a Bachelor's degree in Theology, and serves on the board of directors of one of the main national orphans' associations.
